Your alarm
means well.

Stress is your body getting ready to help. Brilliant for a sprint, and it loves a rest afterwards. This guide is about giving the rope some slack.

Tool 01 · find it

Where is
the knot?

Stress likes three hiding places. Check each one, like patting your pockets.

Jaw
Let the teeth part.
Shoulders
Let them drop an inch.
Hands
Open the fingers wide.
Loosen the knot03
Tool 02 · 30 seconds

Squeeze,
then let go.

Make two tight fists for a slow count of five. Then open them and feel the difference for ten. Muscles find release easier after a squeeze.

Loosen the knot04
Tool 03 · one bead

One thing
at a time.

A tangle untangles one loop at a time. Pick the next small thing, give it your whole hands, then pick the next.

NowNextLater
The rest of the ball waits patiently. It is not going anywhere.
Loosen the knot05
Tool 04 · on paper

Set the
load down.

Write everything you are carrying on one page. Seeing it outside your head makes it lighter. Then circle the one thing that matters today.

Remember

Give it
some slack.

You can hold a lot. You can also set it down for two minutes. Both are strength.
