One stitch
at a time.
This is a big season, and you do not need to feel calm every minute. Small, steady moments add up, like stitches in a cloth.
Every feeling is welcome here, the bright ones and the wobbly ones.

Stitch 01 · senses
Hello
hands.
Rest your hands wherever feels comfortable. Notice warmth, weight and the small movements beneath them. Say a quiet hello, inside or out loud.
One minute is plenty.
Growing calm03
Stitch 02 · writing
Turn what ifs
into questions.
Write each worry on its own line. Beside it, write one question to bring to your midwife or doctor. A question is lighter to carry.
What if I am not ready?
→What helps people feel ready?
What if I forget everything?
→Can we write a plan together?
What if it feels a lot?
→Who can I call any time?

Stitch 03 · talk
Your circle
of thread.
Name three people you can lean on: one to listen, one to help, one to laugh with. Share one small thing with each of them this week.
Growing calm05
Stitch 04 · routine
Nest,
gently.
Pick one small corner to make cosy today: a blanket, a lamp, one tidy shelf. Then stop. Ready enough is ready.

Remember
Ready
enough.
You are already caring for two. Care for yourself too. Your midwife, your doctor or someone you trust is always good to talk with.
