Not broken.
Wired
differently.
Many people with ADHD describe a mind that runs on interest, not importance. That is not a flaw to fix. It is a style to work with.
Interest lights the way. Let's build a path that follows it.

Why calm feels hard
Three
tricky things.
The body won't sitRestless energy needs somewhere to go.
Thoughts bounceOne idea sparks the next, and the next.
Time slips"Later" and "now" blur together.
The good news: each one has a small, friendly trick.

Technique 02 · 2 minutes
The two
minute start.
Starting is the hard part. So shrink the start until it is almost silly.
Open the file. Put your shoes on. Write one line. Then see.

Technique 03 · as it comes
Park the
thought.
A brilliant idea at the wrong moment? Park it. It will still be there.
Jot one word. Pull back to the task. Visit the lot later.

Technique 04 · focus
One lane
at a time.
Dim every other lane. Keep one bright. Better with company: try body doubling, working near someone, even a friend on a call.
Timer on. Phone away. One lane.
