Delete your account
You can delete your CalmDepth account and everything stored with it at any time.
- In the app: open You, then Settings, then Delete my account, and confirm.
- By email: write to hello@calmdepth.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within 30 days.
- What is deleted: your profile, listening history, favourites, mood check ins, notes, journal, Calmy conversations and memory. Safety event counts are kept only in anonymised form.
- Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, so please cancel it there too.
